• Make sure you have enough supplies
• Shovel the oil fills
• Get into your basement – Shovel a path through the snow
• Clean out the dryer vent
• Clean out gutters – the downspout ends
• Disconnect hose from the outside downspouts
• Reverse ceiling fan to blow the air down
