JoAnn helps coordinate payroll among many other tasks, but really likes working with the plumbing department and job costing. “I like the organization of the numbers.” She has been with WBA since 1994— “It’s my life and a good place to work.”
JoAnn is also Debra Porter’s sister. JoAnn has two grandchildren and four children, three of whom are triplets. In her spare time, she loves to garden and to hike with Debra, nearby (Bigelow Hollow and “most of the local trails around here”) and on trips (Yellowstone and Redwood National Forest are two recent favorites). Joanne also enjoys reading, “everything except crime dramas,” especially enjoying Stephen King novels and non-fiction nature stories.
